There is a fridge and freezer in the kitchen as well as a fridge/freezer in the dining area so plenty of fridge space for everyone. There is also a dishwasher and tumble drier. There is a large garage for storing bikes. Supermarket within 5 minute walk. Rent includes all bills. Gas, electric and water rates are included with the rent, broadband is free. In 2022 a new boiler has been fitted. The staircase was redecorated with new carpet and curtains along with the conservatory.
