When you enter the property you're greeted by the spacious living room with two comfy sofas and a flat screen TV, the living room also houses a fold-away dining table. Following on from the living room is the modern, fully fitted kitchen with large fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer. The first floor also houses a bathroom with shower over bathtub, WC and hand basin. The final two bedrooms are on the third floor along. Out the back door is a neat back yard with secure bike storage. Gas, electric and water rates are included with the rent, broadband is not included but an allowance of up to £500 will be given to the group to use towards the broadband for the duration of the tenancy – this is usually one year.
